Water Leak Cleanup - Five Star Review

We were doing some upgrades to our upstairs bathroom when an unforeseen leak from the bathtub came down through the kitchen ceiling. I called SERVPRO in West Chester and they scheduled an appointment to remediate the water damage in the kitchen. The two technicians, Tristan & Mike, came out and installed the dehumidifier and air fans to insure there would not be hidden moisture in the ceiling that might turn to mold. They were courteous and professional. The next day Dan came to our house to verify that the equipment was performing properly. It was. A couple days later Mike returned to verify the drying process and remove the equipment. I recommend this SERVPRO team to anyone in the West Chester area!

Basement Flood Resolved - Five Star Review

After finding a flooded basement due to a heater pipe leak I foolishly thought I’d take care of it myself. About 4 hours of exhausting work and no substantial progress SERVPRO’s motto of “Like it never happened.” was ringing in my head. Danielle answers the phone, at all hours I might add, professional, courteous and accommodating to the needs of the job. The technicians came right out. 3,4 sometimes 5 men were on the job. 13 fans, 3 dehumidifiers. 2 men came back everyday for the next 3 days during times convenient for me to adjust and remove equipment as necessary. Did a great job. I highly recommend them. As for Danielle, she appears to never sleep. I think she wears a cape and has a big red S on her shirt.
