Initial, 15 day hands-on and ongoing training is provided at SERVPRO’s Corporate Training Facility on the following:

• IICRC Training
• Employee Certification Training
• Initial Franchise Training
• e-Learnings
• Continuing Education Classes

In addition, employees undergo further training at their SERVPRO of Southern Delaware County & West Chester are awarded certification after the successful completion of course materials and pass an examination after training on topics such as crew training, fire restoration, water restoration and carpet and upholstery cleaning. Web-based training is ongoing and keeps our technicians up to speed on industry standards.
