We recently found ourselves in your care after an issue with the fire suppression system in our shop left us with a major mess. Your crew was onsite to assess the cleanup needs quickly and acted professionally and compassionately with respect to our needs. The cleanup was handled with as little impact to our business as possible and your crew even picked up the slack when safety kleen never showed as scheduled. You always see the ads on TV that depict SERVPRO as returning you back to better than before. I couldn’t agree more. As our situation was the result of a vendors negligence, it was an exceptionally frustrating situation that could not have been handled better by your staff.
