Blake Quinn

Blake Quinn

Blake Quinn is co-owner of SERVPRO of West Chester with his dad, Rich Quinn. Blake is the Vice President of Production. He oversees the training of our technician crew, manages their day-to-day production and performance as well as conducts on-site estimates and proposals  for potential customers.

Blake has been with SERVPRO of West Chester for over 13 years and wears many hats, depending on the situation. He has the following certifications:

Water & Damage Restoration (WRT), Applied Structural Drying (ASD), Fire & Smoke Restoration and Odor Control (FSRT), Crime & Trauma Scene Bio-Recovery, OSHA Awareness and Compliance Training for Bloodborne Pathogens, Hazard Communications, Respiratory Protection, Lockout/Tagout Awareness, and Confined Space Ops Awareness.

He is married and the father of two young daughters. Blake is an avid hunter in his free time, and also serves as a volunteer fire fighter for the Downingtown Fire Department.

Marley Quinn is our "brains behind the books!" She is our universal, "go-to-gal", for human resources, financial and invoicing issues, the interface with corporate SERVPRO in Gattalin, Tennessee on a daily basis, and everything in between. She's always looking for ways to innovate and works closely with all SPWC departments, as well as other SERVPRO's to discover efficient BEST practices. If a vendor or customer has a question about their invoice, Marley cheerfully will answer your question.

Marley has been with SERVPRO of West Chester for seven years and counting. From her unique position inside the company, she has seen it all, too. Most importantly, Marley has been an integral part of SERVPRO of West Chester's success and growth.   

Erika Day

Erika Day

Erika Day has been a wonderful part of the SERVPRO of West Chester family for over five years as our Estimator, Insurance Liaison and Administrative Assistant. She is often the voice customers hear when they call in for service. Erika has a delightful way of easing customer's stress level with her gracious and calming demeanor.

Additionally, Erika works closely with the production crew as she gathers and confirms onsite details about jobs for insurance companies.

Erika is certified for Water Damage Restoration, Fire & Smoke Restoration and Odor Control, as well is our resident expert on Xactimate (the mutual estimating software used by SERVPRO and insurance adjusters.

Bill Hardy

Bill Hardy

Bill Hardy is our "man of wisdom", having worked with SERVPRO of West Chester for 25 years.

Bill heads up all of our In-House Construction/Repair jobs. SERVPRO of West Chester often is asked to not only mitigate a water, fire or mold damage job, but also to bring in our Repair Crew to "make it like it never even happened."

Customers tell us, time and time again, that they appreciate the fact that SERVPRO of West Chester can handle it all. SPWC prides itself on being flexible to the various needs a customer may need to return their property to normal.

 

Chuck Mullins

Chuck Mullins

Chuck is one of our two crew chiefs making sure the jobs are done according to the scope of work and the customer's satisfaction. He often is seen on-site taking the before and after photos, required by insurance companies. He's a favorite with customer's because of his friendly and easy-going style. He makes it a point to explain the steps his crew will take while in the building or home and compassionately listens to any follow-up questions so everyone feels comfortable with the game plan and is on the same page.

Chuck has been with SERVPRO of West Chester for three years and has been certified from the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC).

Brittany Lloyd

Brittany Lloyd

We are thrilled to have Brittany join our SERVPRO of West Chester franchise. She brings with her a lot of organizational and office management experience which makes her ideal to be our new Office Manager.

Brittany will most likely be the enthusiastic voice that will be answering our phones when you call. She is eagerly attending training and webinar classes to immerse herself in the SERVPRO Way of customer service and satisfaction.
